Elon Musk Offre di Rovinare Anche Wikipedia
Gran parte del malcontento di Musk verso Wikipedia sembra meno riguardare le sue funzionalità e più la sua incapacità di controllare ciò che dice di lui.
Dopo aver rovinato Twitter, Elon vuole solo che l'enciclopedia più famosa del mondo si pieghi alla sua volontà.
La gente dovrebbe seriamente considerare la possibilità di migrare verso piattaforme alternative come Mastodon e WireMin. Anche se queste piattaforme potrebbero ancora essere agli albori, non saranno mai controllate da Elon o da chiunque altro. Perché, a differenza di Twitter, che opera su server centralizzati controllati da Elon, #Mastodon/Misskey e #WireMin sono decentralizzati. Ed è importante far capire a Elon che X dipende fondamentalmente da noi, gli utenti.

IIf Meta truly joins Fediverse/Mastodon (ActivityPub), from my perspective, it means there are potential data risks in Fediverse, and lots of people might abandon Mastodon, including myself. 💢

Reddit absolutely has the most restrictive rules💢, plus each community having its own regulations,:blobbonecry: leading to frequent removal of content, or:ablobbonecoffin: banning accounts even shows up again within specific community.
😥This can be frustrating for people who value freedom of speech and expression.

@David I think keep only one Mastodon account and move the other one here is the right solution, man. And totally agree with you about the UI here is a bit too crowded, but I still prefer #calckey than #Mastodon somehow, I guess is the desgin.
Don't know if you have tried out #WireMin yet, I think it is pretty user-friendly. -
