1. My blood pressure seems to be on the way up. The monitoring has given me the confidence to leave the house alone again without worrying that I’ll pass out in the road
2. I slept so much yesterday and after spending the last few months in owl mode being able to sleep 3 full normal time nights in a row and being able to indulge in an afternoon nap feels like a luxury
3. Found a recipe for chicken breasts which actually permeates the chicken and isn’t just outside flavouring
The joy I find in the simple things of good health, good food and good sleep prove to me that society could be better if we could just guarantee the little things to everyone ❤️
