Daniel Miller, 41, plasterer from Albert Town has been charged with five counts of "intentionally damaging a cellphone tower or telecommunications infrastructure by fire." They've got him for the Lindis tower as well.
But this cooker is a sovereign citizen who ignored the judge and kept speaking over her. She muted his mic.
When she gave him another chance he claimed he was not Mr Miller. "I’m a living man standing in my natural state."
Remanded in custody for trial in April.

Update.
The Wanaka cancer scam couple had a .22 rifle, restricted weapons, and over 2000 rounds of ammunition in a storage unit.
There were originally three complaints laid with Police. Since the story broke, "four more potential victims had come forward, while police enquiries have identified another three potential victims."
That's ten victims so far, and counting.

Approaching autumn storm at the iconic "Wanaka Tree", Lake Wanaka, South Island, NZ.
This is probably New Zealand's most photographed tree … and it's easy to see why! The delicately curved trunk seemingly grows directly out of the pristine waters of the lake, giving the appearance that the tree is floating on the surface of the water.
