We almost had a #schoolshooting here in #YpsilantiTownship
A passerby reported 2 men w/ a ski mask & a gun near #Rawsonville Elem Sch (#VanBuren Pub Schs) in #Ypsilanti Twp at 9 am. When #WashtenawCounty Sheriff deputies approached the men, they fled on foot & the man carrying the gun shot himself thru the abdomen & the leg. No other shots were fired & the pair only had 1 gun. The injured man was taken to a hospital & the other to jail.
