  1. The military around the world uses a large majority of the fossil fuel extracted from it. We can tackle the eco crisis only when the wars end. Wars will only end when #statesovereignty ends or is very much reduced.
I keep banging on about the same old things because I believe they are necessary.
    #universalJustice #universalEquality #universalEducation #Unityindiversity the end of national #sovereignty & #patriarchalcapitalism.
I don't care what colour your flag or political belief is.
Only when we have a balance between heart and mind will we start to recognise #universaljustice

  2. There are many forms of democracy that have to, by definition, be an experiment. Representation has had its day.
I don't need professional politicians; I need an accountable civil service.
    I don't need lobbyists; I need choice.
    I don't need representation; I need a place.
I don't need to be told; I need to be heard.
I don't need divisive tribal politics.
What I need is a fully staffed, well trained, truly independent civil service, guided by peoples assemblies, guided by experience. We can have #Unityindiversity.
"I" can't speak for "others" but "we" can agree, if not we can have a dialogue, there is a way through this and many of the the 99% are experimenting with options. Others are waking up every day and joining the conversation. Many of them are taking action. I am grateful.

  3. "Work" like so many things, which need to stop, in modernity is measured/valued wrongly. It is measured by tax you pay or profit you make therefore adding to the growth(extraction) economy. An aspect of a domination system. I believe we need to replace this with partnership culture and one which recognises and rewards work which develops and maintains a thriving, not just surviving, society.

  4. Unity
A direction or colour of politics causes more division. I realise it is naive to not "talk about politics," but we can talk about it differently in the sense we can not add to that division.
If a conversation subject causes friction, that's ok. It's how we learn and, more importantly, how we learn to think. If that friction is painful, it needs to be examined in a way that supports & develops individual and community growth.
Some people find that investigation of painful experience/emotion at a particular point in life is too difficult. That's OK. It does not mean I agree with the expression of that learning or pain. It may come to a point where I can't be with that person due to that expression.
Acceptance is not agreement. Healing has to begin with recognition.

  5. Here's my thinking the following hashtags are the cornerstone of most if not all political ideologies, practices & theories. I understand some "act" more than others & the systems of domination control all our action. But when we choose a label we add to the divisive politics of the mess we're in.
So I am not a socialist, communist, anarchist, liberal, conservative, left, right or middling, I am a human being who advocates whenever & however I can (I know I don't do enough) for #UnityInDiversity #univeraleducation #universalparticipation #universalequality #universalJustice
For me it's not about politics it's about being human.

  6. Representation is being undermined by capitalistic greed & as such has failed #WeThePeoples. We need participative democracy. We certainly don't need divisive/adversarial party politics.
Any process of Consultation has to be underpinned by #universalequity #universalJustice #unversaleducation these things on a planetary scale, for all not just the nation state. The goal is consultation has to be at least consensual (preferably unanimous) & have as its aim #unityindiversity
