The Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention has issued red flag warnings regarding the UK's current anti-trans activity. When I talk about the genocidal component of anti-trans actions I'm routinely laughed at, but this is an organisation solely dedicated to identifying and highlighting genocidal actions; what more confirmation do people need?!

My wife did a deep dive on the Supreme Court Ruling on the definition of sex and is doing a write-up on it.
It's amazing what stuff seems to have slipped past the general discourse.
For instance, it also defines a lesbian!
It claims that only people assigned female at birth are capable of being defined as lesbians.
This seems like a massive overreach, but I suppose the whole thing is.
The Fire Brigades Union going hard against the Supreme Court Ruling. For all that it's been awful, the support I've seen has been appreciated.

The term "biological woman" is both fundamentally incorrect, and a well known transphobic dog-whistle, designed to invalidate and dehumanise transgender people. The fact that the Supreme Court chose this definition shows that they are either acting from a position of profound ignorance, or alarming political malice.

I have a high, flat brow, not because I'm a man, but because I'm half-Norweigan. A high, flat brow is typical of people of Scandinavian descent.
TERFs limit acceptable presentation of a women not only to femininity, but also to a very limited set of Caucasian morphology.

I made this a while back, it's no less relevant today.
It won't stop with telling us we're not women, that's not the end goal. It won't even stop with arresting us for "female impersonation" like the Nazis did. It will stop only when we stop existing, and we refuse to do that.
