He helped organize extreme sports events in Kharkiv, where he lived for 8 years, and also contributed to the development of a biking school for kids. This Christmas Eve I am watching a #youtube blog by an American/British Journalist Philip Ittner from Kiev. I have listened to Philip for the past year talking to Hal Sparks about life in Ukrainia. He has lived in Moscow and covered many wars.
