THE WALKING DEAD-Season 9
After the war with the Saviors, the communities try to rebuild while season 9 mixes strong ideas with slow episodes. Rick’s disappearance feels forced and less engaging, creating a fracture within the group. The arrival of the Whisperers brings tension, death, and new borders. Despite some dull moments, the season remains acceptable and offers interesting hints about the future of the communities.
THE WALKING DEAD-Season 8
Season eight delivers a tense war between the communities and the Saviors, filled with strong battles and a powerful ending. Still, some choices—like Carl’s avoidable death and the many missed chances to kill Negan—reduce the emotional impact. Even so, the season remains solid and engaging, wrapping up the storyline effectively and feeling like a finale that could have closed the entire series.
Breaking Bad-Season 1
I started Breaking Bad because everyone talked about it, and it was absolutely worth it: the story of Walter White, a chemistry teacher who becomes a meth producer after discovering he has cancer, is incredible.
With Jesse he faces Crazy-8 and Emilio, dealing with toxic gas, dissolved bodies and tough moral choices. Now I’m really curious to see what happens with Tuco and how their partnership will evolve.
THE WALKING DEAD-Season 7
Season 7 is one of the best in the series, mainly thanks to Negan, finally a true villain: insane, sadistic and unpredictable.
What’s most frustrating is how many characters try to kill him alone, convinced they can succeed even after Rick and Daryl failed. Even Carl confronts Negan by himself, showing a reckless stubbornness that strongly shapes the season’s tension.
Dexter-Season 8
Season 8 of Dexter explores Debra’s emotional collapse and Dexter’s attempt to help her while hunting the Brain Surgeon, connected to Dr. Vogel. The finale, often criticized, feels coherent to me: Deb’s death and Dexter’s decision to disappear in the storm close his arc with a bitter but logical ending, revealing how his dark passenger ultimately destroyed everything he cared about.
Dexter-Season 7
Season 7 feels like one of the weakest arcs in the series. The new characters don’t leave a strong impression, and the Koshka Brotherhood lacks the presence and psychological weight of villains like Arthur, Brian or Travis. The plot works, but it never reaches the intensity or emotional depth that made earlier antagonists so memorable.
THE WALKING DEAD-Season 2
Season two of The Walking Dead stands out as one of the best: the group faces new challenges, from Sophia’s disappearance to their arrival at Hershel’s farm, where secrets and conflicts emerge. The introduction of Hershel and Maggie adds depth to the story, while Daryl reveals a more caring and sensitive side compared to his angry, vengeful nature in season one, becoming one of the show’s most compelling characters.
DEXTER-SEASON 3
In Season 3, Dexter forms his first real friendship with Miguel Prado, a prosecutor he meets while covering up Oscar Prado’s accidental death. Meanwhile, Rita is pregnant, and Dexter proposes. When Miguel discovers Dexter’s secret, he joins him, but soon becomes uncontrollable, forcing Dexter to stop him. Though not the strongest season, it reveals a new side of Dexter, highlighted by his marriage and impending fatherhood.

Visually minimalist series on AppleTV. More like a radio play than TV series.
Takes the form of phone and radio conversations in the lead-up to an apocalyptic event. Each episode containing a distinct relationship story which loosely interconnects with the rest and revels surrounding details.
I was surprised how well acted and put together it was. Strongly recommend.
