I had a nice discussion last week (?) with some film folks about how we're looking for a more positive spirit event like #FolderWeek to get us to shoot and share more work with vintage film cameras and we settled on TLRs (Twin Lens Reflex) cameras. So here's the inaugural #TLRTuesday post (hashtag is still under work-shopping)?

Also an homage to #TrainTuesday, I sadly don't have enough regular train access to keep going, but maybe someday.

Today's #TrainTuesday is a guest submission from my friend Fyrfaras (thank you)!

Something a little different for this #TrainTuesday. This is the Enoshima Electric Railway in Japan. The train winds its way through backyards and crosses residential streets and is just so seamlessly integrated into its environment in the coastal regions of Kanagawa, just south-west of Tokyo.

It has an extremely long platform, because it used to be where you changed trains between Melbourne and Sydney; there's a break of gauge, so one train couldn't go the whole way. One train would be on one end, you'd grab your stuff, and take it to the train waiting on the other end. The platform is 455m long!
