Finally got into physical therapy to resolve some issues that have plagued me for the last five years when I had to stop doing long distance marathoning and cycling. Feeling better about the prospects of getting back into cycling while running probably isn't going to happen again.

With that, I took Cooper out on a longer walk today and found this weird statue!

Here's my #saturdaysighting.
(Not pic 1; that's context.)
Last October I ordered a lot of firewood. I stacked half against the long wall of my house and half up in the garden, covered with tarpaulin.
When I started taking logs from the covered stack, I noticed some smelled a bit dank, and when I came to collect a few more logs yesterday, I noticed the log in pic two (that I just took).
It's the only log looking like that (so far) but the lesson for next year: give the stack more breathing room.
