Tom Bob, (aside from having one of the best names ever), is one of the best, most clever, and joy-inducing street artists in the world.
In my neighborhood, we are blessed with his “Princess Leia Fire Hydrant”.
His other creations are found all over the world, and bring joy to all.
This particular surveillance camera piece with the cute little blue bird, however joyful, is also possibly a bit upsetting. It’s like that old trope of a cute children’s character suddenly turning evil. (Chuckie, etc.)
