there are storefronts here in the #EastVillage of #Manhattan warehoused for DECADES. there are no real realtors in #nyc anymore. they are all #WallStreet firms that bought the names of realtors, then bought all the small and family-owned properties during the Giuliani and Bloomberg years.

THIS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED COLLUSION: investment companies warehousing buildings because they don't make money from being landlords. they make money from holding the properties & engineering false scarcity.

My eldest lives in NYC in the East Village and got home last late night for the holiday and did not forget. We are now in possession of 1 dozen Apollo Bagels. 🥯

They are sourdough bagels and they only make 3 kinds, plain, sesame and everything.

IMO they are out of this world.
