1. Had friends over for breakfast. Made cheesy eggs using ghee, goat cheese, and Mexican cheese mixture. GF English Muffins. Fruit platter with jumbo blueberries, grapes, and sweet pecans. (Thanks #TJs!)

2. My husband mopped the floor.

3. My kid is cooking Thai beef salad (and a salmon version) for dinner tomorrow, using herbs from the garden. I am in charge of the brown rice, which I will soak and make in the Cuckoo rice cooker.
