Hmm seems like Discord is down, well as it is already late I should be sleeping instead of coding or chatting.

So let's get that done before I will fall asleep at my desk.

So I did rework the build menu the old one could only store buildings which where build by the build manager.

The new building menu does hold a "tool" per button, those tools can do different things. Each tool is an own resource object with an "valid" and "execute" method telling the build manager if it can be used and allows triggering from the outside.

Also some gameloop is already there.
