#TheForkiverse It's amazing how a couple of random interactions can lift your mood. Not waiting or even if thinking of "likes" but just people making a connection for a time over something they share. I'd been on Mastodon (fosstodon.org) for about a year but it was too niche and i didn't make enough connections. I'm making a few now and it's making the internet great again. #forkiverse

IYKYK. Took a month off of running after a 7 mile trail run made my knee hurt. Finally going at it again tonight after some strength training. Wish me luck. #theforkiverse #running #physicaltherapy
