Excellent service from the AA and VW Fleet Services today. Called VW at 10:06 with a nail in my tyre. Parked on my drive. Figured I’d be low priority. By 11:15, AA had been, plugged the hole and left. I’d spoken to VW and arranged for a new tyre to be fitted at home on Wednesday. Fantastic experience. #Motoring #TheAA #Cars #EV

The AA: "It's time for your renewal, everything is more expensive now, so we're going to charge you £380"
Me: "That's 5 times what Green Flag are charging."
The AA: "We can reduce it to £200."
Me: "But your website quotes £140."
The AA: "Ok, we'll reduce it to £140."
Me: "But still nowhere near your competitors' prices"
The AA: "No"

Direct Debit was cancelled about 6 weeks ago.
A new one has suddenly appeared on the account and been debited by them.
They're currently ignoring the latest complaint I submitted after they tried to threaten us for a policy we never renewed.
Now they pull this shit.
