My sorry saga with mytyres is finally over.

Placed an order for four tyres and fitting on 3/7. Cancelled in early August when they could not state where the tyres were (actually at a local fitter), could not state which fitters locally they had a contract with (the ones with the tyres had no contract) and could not offer any appointments with fitters.

No customer service team or even any UK employees - only a useless AI chatbot. Eventually found some of their email addresses, so informed them of cancellation.

10 day later they accepted the cancellation. A refund would be made "tomorrow". Another message said the same thing. A week later an email said they had processed the refund and it was now just down to my credit card provider. 5 days later the same message repeated, but no refund.

Finally, today, 2 months after placing the order the refund is now in.

Whatever you do, don't get tyres from mytyres.
