My left index finger has decided it wants to be straight & refuses to bend.
This started yesterday morning & continues today.
I believe it’s called #tenosynovitis. I get it off & on with my #arthritis but usually it will give me some relief after a few hours (it hurts) & bend a little.

#Today this is what I was told is the cause of the #pain in my wrist, hand and thumb - #deQuervain #tenosynovitis. I swear it hurts almost as bad as the pain I felt after breaking my ankle. At least my ankle stopped hurting once the surgery was completed. This f'king pain in my wrist is not being relieved by the brace or the OTC pain relievers. I was prescribed prednisone for the inflammation, but I'm not sure I will take it. Way too many issues with steroids that I don't want to deal with. UGH!

In the evening I rode to @Venty's hobby room "Stuido" for dinner at https://lotus.garden/ and to fix the https://www.hackerfunk.ch/ website. (Hoster upgraded to new PHP version. 🙄) I actually rode back on Saturday morning around 5am: 13km
