Not only did I get the damn steroid shots, but me and Dr had an amicable discussion about the tenosynovitis surgery. He wants me to wait at least two weeks, to give the shots a chance to work and then we'll revisit.
I have news for him ... I want the surgery even if the shots relieve pain. So there.

Dr's office never called 😡 But, my right hand started feeling a bit better this afternoon. Still using my left hand, but I'll take the relief! I'll be at the Dr's office at 9 am sharp. 😒
My IRL bestie's birthday is tomorrow and I can't wait to give her her gifts! Got everything she asked for! 😃 🥰 🎂

Stability braces were finally delivered today. I have to admit they actually relieved some of the pain! 😀 🎉

💜 There is some swelling in the carpometacarpal (thumb joint closest to the wrist) of my left hand. Still, pain is not as bad as it was in both hands. Grateful. 💉 🖐️
💜 Listened to my favorite music all day today. Realized I'm stuck in the 90s/00s. I need to listen to new music. 🎶 🎸
💜 Could only get thru half of the Frankenstein movie last night. Not really impressed. Will watch the rest later. 🎥

My left index finger has decided it wants to be straight & refuses to bend.
This started yesterday morning & continues today.
I believe it’s called #tenosynovitis. I get it off & on with my #arthritis but usually it will give me some relief after a few hours (it hurts) & bend a little.

#BikeStreak, Day 47 (Friday): A work-from-home day. After lunch I rode to occupational therapy for my thumb's #tenosynovitis (seems to be caused by the Bowden wire lever of my #Brompton's e-bike conversion 😖) and afterwards back again: 8.3km
In the evening I rode to @Venty's hobby room "Stuido" for dinner at https://lotus.garden/ and to fix the https://www.hackerfunk.ch/ website. (Hoster upgraded to new PHP version. 🙄) I actually rode back on Saturday morning around 5am: 13km
