Just discovered “tag groups” in the #IceCubesApp. So far I haven’t found this feature in any other #MastodonApp. Is it specific to #IceCubes? I really love it because some topics I follow use variations of a hashtag. Makes it so easy to create a feed for a specific topic that casts a wide net. I am thrilled to see #iCloud #Sync enabled in the @IceCubesApp with version 1.96 but it seems that the updated #Mac app isn’t available yet as the store still shows 1.95 as the latest. The Mac app is also a little buggy at version 1.95 compared to the iOS version.

From the developer notes, only new #TagGroups will be synced, though. So to take advantage of this #Mastodon app feature, you will need to recreate your Tag Groups on one device.

Awesome to see @IceCubesApp now allows editing of #TagGroups, a feature unique to the app.

My wish would be to have the app allow iCloud syncing so that settings, including Tag Groups, would be synced to Ice Cubes installations on all my devices. 🤞🏻

While #TagGroups seems like a great feature,it would seem that once created, there is no way to edit a Tag Group in the #IceCubesApp for #Mastodon nor are the created tag groups synced to a user account. Thus, they are only available in the app in which they were created. They are not even synced to the same app on other devices. @IceCubesApp
