I then used #Moonlight on the aforementioned chromebook to remote access my desktop where I used #streamlabsOBS to access the websource and create a 1080P 60 FPS stream to #YouTube and this was the outcome.

From the replies on Twitter, it looks like a lot of people didn't realize SLOBS wasn't just a better OBS. The unfortunate name confusion is real.
