Ich habe dann mal meine Lizenz für #SkyDemon wieder aufleben lassen. Habe mich für das Jahresabo inkl. Der #DFS Karten entschieden.
Jetzt bleibt noch die Frage welches Gerät ich mir zum Fliegen kaufe. #iPad Mini? Oder ein #Android in gleicher Größe. Bei Android wäre gut wenn ein #CustomROM drauf könnte, damit das System nicht irgendwann veraltet ist.
Und die Frage kaufe ich mir ein neues Gerät oder ein gebrauchtes?

I've had messages about a particular version of .Net and EdgeWebView2 but still no dice. Any nudges in the right direction gratefully received!

People have had earlier versions running under Wine, but there's not much more recent traffic about it on the SkyDemon boards, so I'm not sure if it'll work at all?

So wie es aussieht werde ich wohl nicht drum herum kommen mir entweder meinen Windowspartition hier zu erhalten, oder mir #Windows in einer #VM zu installieren.

Tendenz: Ich deinstalliere alles aus meiner Windowsinstallation, dass ich nicht brauche und was unter #Linux läuft oder einen Ersatz hat.
Installiert wird dann nur wofür es keinen adäquaten Linuxersatz gibt.
Aktuell sind das:

#Skydemon für Flugplanung

Ich bekomme #Skydemon unter #Linux mit #Wine irgendwie nicht zum Laufen. Der meckert rum, dass #WebView2 nicht installiert wäre. Habe ich aber installiert. 🤯

Ich werde mir dann für die Fliegerei mal #Skydemon näher ansehen.
Meine Idee eine IFR Lizenz zu machen habe ich ad Acta gelegt. Das lohnt sich nicht wirklich und Kosten-Nutzen stehen für mich nicht im Verhältnis zueinander. Somit #Foreflight nicht nötig.
Wenn es Skydemon wird, werde ich mir auch ein zusätzliches Tablett zulegen. Größe wie ein iPad Mini. Aber ich tendiere zu einem Android Gerät. Nur welches. 🤔
Akku muss lange halten. GPS muss drin sein. Ein Mobilfunkmodul für SIM-Karte wäre gut.
