#ScottHall pleaded guilty, & court filing revealed so-called "letter of invitation" at the crux of #SidneyPowell's defense.
Powell's att'y argued that this "invitation" authorized the operations carried out on Jan. 7, 2021.
But “Y’all are welcome in our office any time” can hardly be construed as an invitation for a third party to copy virtually every piece of the county's elections equipment.
