Trump's pardons include 77 people but could include others not named, the document said. Presidential #pardons only apply to federal charges, & do not apply to state cases.
The list includes #ChristinaBobb, #JohnEastman, #BorisEpshteyn, among others. The pardon does not apply to #Trump, acc/to the document [why would it? He’s above the #law].

The ruling, filed w/the court clerk on Mon, will require Mayes to assemble a grand jury to present the case along with a copy of the #ElectoralCountAct, attys said. The initial presentation of her case took weeks. Mayes plans to appeal to try to get the prosecution back on track.
“We vehemently disagree with the court, & we will file a special action to appeal the ruling,” Mayes spox said.

There is a famous book on Business written in the 70's IIRC called "How to Negotiate Anything."The book opens with a story about how the author witnessed someone's kid throwing a tantrum inside a restaurant until they got what they wanted. The author praised the kid on his "negotiating skills".

I can't agree. The prosecution of #DonTheCon didn't *really* begin in earnest until mid-to-late 2023. #Jan6 yes, but not the #FakeElectors, stolen #ClassifiedDocs, etc.Look at the flurry of activity we finally saw earlier this year. That "flurry" should have been seen in late 2021.

Re #Trump’s claims that #JackieSmith’s filing is in violation of the #DOJ’s 60 day before an election policy is BS. The DOJ's "60-day rule" applies to bringing NEW indictments in the days leading up to an #election, it is not relevant to the #ElectionInterference / #ElectionSubversion / #Jan6 / #FakeElectors #criminal #conspiracy case.
This is NOT a new #indictment. It is a #filing in regard to a VERY OLD indictment. Trump was first indicted in this case in Aug 2023.
