*European Citizens' Initiative for a Ban on conversion practices in the European Union*

Under 36 hours left to give a statement of support. Until end of 17. of May!

Total reached so far: 971.914

8 countries have reached the threshold so far, 7 were needed, but every other signation helps, also in case of fake or wrong signations, to still get over the 1 million signations.
Especially #denmark #Italy and #Sweden might still be able to reach over 100%.
France got over 900% now, signations from there are also still wanted!

An initiative a few months back on safe abortion rights had almost 1.2 million in the end, which was their target from the beginning and is needed to be safe.

If 1 million gets reached, the initiative is legally binding the EU to do something about a ban.

**Ban on conversion practices in the European Union**

To be successful, a #European citizens' initiative has to reach one million statements of support as well as minimum thresholds in at least 7 countries.

Edit: Slovenia just reached the threshold as the needed 7th country! But there are still 500k signatories needed over all! Keep on sharing with your friends!

I'm about to convert my webiite to a static site. Which #staticSiteGenerator is to be preferred: #pelican or #nikola? (These I selected based on my requirements: #Python, #restructuredText.)

My website https://www.goebel-consult.de/ is site-first, blog is second. I'd also prefer to have images, pdfs, tar-files etc. just beside the file, not in a separate folder. Which one/plugin supports this?
