  2. Working on promo images for Aether and Ego, my steampunk/space fantasy Pride and Prejudice which is coming out in September. Having a lot of fun putting these ladies in spacesuits! Some of you might recognize the original image from the 1894 Hugh Thomson illustrations.

  3. I'm looking for pictures of Regency Era rookeries in the UK, but search-fu yields meager results. Can #histodons help me out?

  4. I had to read through an entire script for a Bridgerton episode today. For some reason I hated it intensly, but on the other hand it answered a question that's been bothering me for months; I can now safely say I'm just as bad at remembering European names as I am with Chinese.

On an unrelated note - I just read up on the Peterloo Massacre.

  5. Amid all the recent royal fervour I simply kept my mouth shut & bought a tiny cup commemorating the death of Princess Charlotte of Wales in 1817 for £10

  6. FULLY IN LOVE with this suitably dishevelled self-portrait of the future Lady Caroline Lamb walking her dogs in Cavendish Square – shortly before her wedding in 1805

    THAT HAIR! THAT PUG! 💁🏽‍♀️🐕
