CW: Medical office messes
And yet another entity just left a voicemail on my spouse's phone, we've only been going to all the medical office telling them to never call him as he can't use telephone communication for about 18 months now. They're not mailing nor emailing him anything either, even as he's likewise told them all that those were the communication methods he can & will use with them.
At least this with this I'm pretty sure I know which MD ordered this contact to have been made ---- the 2 before this I've no idea who did as such. That doesn't make this one right, as we've agreed due to this MDs cluelessness, we're never seeing him again, and we spent over an hour during that visit explaining to the staffers there that phone calls aren't an appropriate way to communicate with him.🙃
