Update: I just read a bit more about #NeoSearch. Quote "[...] using Google's search index for now.". This means it is not like the engines mentioned above.

@prieco I've only just discovered PriEco from privacy guides forum, seems pretty decent , I've only tried a few searches so far but I'll continue to test and provide some feedback.
