What real-world scenarious are people using #powerapps from #microsoft's #powerplatform for?

I only ever see a handful of very general examples, or very niche use cases, but almost no examples of real apps used by larger organizations. #lowcode #nocode #powerapp

I really wish #microsoft #powerapp had CSS. My copy->paste fingers are getting tired.

I’m a recent computer science graduate & currently working as an app developer.
The technology I interned for & currently work in is #PowerPlatform which includes #PowerApp applications, #PowerAutomate flows, #PowerBI dashboards, etc.

Sigh. #Microsoft yet again get so near and so far.

You can easily hook up a #PowerApp to a #Sharepoint List and do everything that you need to do in literally seconds.

But doing the same for a SharePoint document library? Oh no, that would be far too easy.

I mean, it’s not as if the whole point of SharePoint is to manage documents is it?

Trying out the online version of Microsoft #Visio for the first time (mapping out the process for the #PowerAutomate flows that will maintain and respond to data generated by my #PowerApp).

It's surprisingly slick, even on a slow machine, and has the do-it-from-anywhere factor of the other Microsoft 365 apps. I have a the full desktop Visio (365 on my work machine, and a personal copy of 2016), but I'm going to try to go all-in on the web version for now.

I think I need a #PowerApp so I can track the restroom schedule of the kittens more easily because using Excel for it is just too complicated.
