Ordered some #NHL #flannelsheets from #PotteryBarn as very much a treat!
• 3 months to arrive
• they sent a Full instead of a Queen, so never used
• got an RMA from their system - and returned via UPS via a store
• no refund, still no refund (they think highly of their stuff, so *not* a small amount! (as you can see))
• #multiple #attempts to contact were futile (1-800 as no email, etc)
