Walked outside (please clap, it's effing cold out, people) for 20 mins to get my 5k steps. Counting it as my cardio. I'm so freaking tired. Tomorrow is a new day. I'll give it hell then.

(Odd thing about some #POTSies, we're exhausted & no joke- wired- at the same time. Today in my staff meeting i had that feeling you get right before you fall asleep, that drop when your body says *sleep* while also playing with a fidget toy & tapping my foot to stop nerve pain.)
