Been awhile since I posted (or got) a #PokemonLetsGo shiny. Here's a shiny chancy that a broke a 70+ Dratini combo for. #ShinyPokemon #Pokemon

Part of me really wants to do a shinylocke run of Let's Go Pikachu (note that this would mean i couldn't use the very OP Partner Pokemon since they're shiny locked). For one, I've got a hankering to play through the Let's Go games again.

Also, would you consider catch combos to be valid or no? Am I allowed to chain for pokemon (and then trash the non-shiny pokemon) to shiny. I'm of two minds about this so am interested in opinions.

at this point, i'm not breaking my charmander chain for anything short of a shiny mew wandering through my screen. Even shinies I currently don't have like ekans aren't worth having to wait HOURS and even DAYs to get a charmander chain going strong again.

I have seen a grand total of 0 Charmanders tonight, but, while typing this post up, I did get another shiny Spearow. Silver linings? (And yes, I am using a lure)

i'm going to be so happy when i finish my shiny charmander and squirtle lines. getting the catch chain up to 11 is such a painful experience that can take hours (after 11, they respawn almost instantly). the only thing worse will be shiny hunting for the 3 legendary birds (already have mewtwo). I'll probably take a break from these painful hunts just to break up the pain.
