The thing I like best about #BeatSaber is that there are *no* power-ups.

I don't have to waste time managing an inventory, collecting coins, buying power-ups, or crafting.

That's what I hated about Nintendo's #RingFit - I felt like I spent more time making decisions than exercising. It also felt like I could "cheat" by buying magic potions etc.

BeatSaber is *just you*. Nothing else. No unlockable extras. No end-boss. No faffing around.

I've been doing RingFit Adventure for quite a while now, and though I appreciate the option to turn the difficulty up or down a couple of notches at the start of any session, I find the occasional "Hey, uhhh... Is it annoying that I keep offering that option?" check-in is in itself pretty annoying. #RingFit

It's not the end of the year yet, but I think it's time to set some #newyearsresolutions for 12 months later.
1. Get to 130 pounds. Better diet, more running, #ringfit, whatever it takes.
2. learn the fucking #python every day.
3. learn a new language to tourist fluency, probably German and Spanish
