À l’issue d’une consultation publique, la #CNIL publie la version finale de ses recommandations sur les pixels de suivi dans les courriels. Elle précise le cadre applicable afin d’aider les acteurs à mieux comprendre leurs obligations et assurer le respect des droits des personnes concernées.

C'est quoi la bonne réponse aux organisations (une fondation américaine et une association française, en l'occurrence) qui envoient un mail demandant de confirmer qu'on veut toujours recevoir leur newsletter parce qu'elle voient qu'on n'ouvre plus leurs mails ?
D'un côté, c'est réconfortant de voir que leur système d'espionnage d'ouverture de courriel ne fonctionne pas bien, mais de l'autre c'est inquiétant qu'elles assument sans honte de fliquer leurs soutiens.
