CW: trauma response mention
okay fellow #phobic people, how do you exist around anti-phobic ableism? it triggers me more often than not and sends me into fight mode, but ableism isn't going away any time soon, so i need to find a way to cope with this in a way that doesn't mean removing myself from everywhere.
like, most other sites aren't like here where you can filter certain words, and in images it doesn't work anyway, and people love to portray oppression as a phobia. help!
