It's time for the twice-annual groaning about the time change with #DaylightSavingTime ending for the year in the US & Canada Sunday morning, November 2. A way we can resist/rebel is to develop software so our own computers + devices can opt-out of DST, and still interact with those required to use it. See my LongitudeTZ project on GitHub. @ScienceScholar Health benefits for early risers? Parties and Netflix for adults who can write their own schedules aren't health benefits. It also doesn't compare to increased school attendance and better academic performance for students who can only afford public schools that necessarily have government mandated start times.
