Funny thing I noticed paying my Federal taxes today: They don't seem to understand that Hawaii doesn't observe Daylight Saving Time. The confirmation page showed a time an hour in the future ("04-15-2026 06:41 A.M. Hawaiian Time (UTC -10:00)"), as if we had sprung forward. We didn't.

Even now it's only 6:15 AM.

There is no such thing as summer time or winter time. There is daylight saving time (DST), which means the clock runs one hour ahead of the sun.

There's also no stopping with switching, there's only stopping with DST.
