I left it to cool down. When I cake back, some was already gone.. 😂

This was supposed to be peach torte with almond frangipane filling, but some apricots needed using up, so it's both.

My afternoon pie-making has come to fruition - literally. It's a peach pie to use up a big jar of peaches that has been calling to me.

Features some ginger and cinnamon in there too. Will enjoy later with a dollop of creme fraiche.

Almost too pretty to eat.

We bought a peach pie from our favorite bakery today and it's the prettiest pie I think I've ever seen.

But tonight after dinner it's going down with a scoop of Vanilla Bean Tillamook Ice Cream.

And none of you can stop me.

Waiting on the #peachPie to cool for a while. Just as well as we had a nice filling steak, polenta and broccoli supper anyway.

Went the extra mile on making it a pretty pie for @skatem's burfday. And a proper lattice rather than foregoing the under/over effort for a gridwork, 'cuz she's worth it.

Has anyone tried to run #Friendica on #PeachPie ?

It should give better performance than stock PHP.
