Went for a run for the first time in a while this morning.

I mean, I am pretty proud of myself for biking 54km in the past two days. But 45 year old me would like to talk to 25 year old me because I am pretty sure I didn't hurt this much back then. 😂 🚴 🚴 😬 Will be taking a break tomorrow. 😂

I have a new addition to the family. So far it seems really happy on gravel (as @fujiBikes advertised), otoh I’m not doing so well on the hills.

Just worked out for the first time in a few years due to my knees being shot.
I found a ten minute workout on YouTube that you can do from your chair. I was skeptical but it really had me breathing hard after 5 minutes. I'll have to see if I can get all the way through it next time.
