We've had some warm temperatures here on the prairies the last couple of days, and it's mostly looking like above-freezing during the day for the foreseeable future [1]. So today I pulled the snow tires off the cars and put the "all-season" [2] ones on.
Please join me tomorrow in celebrating the semi-annual festival of Oh My Gawd Why Are My Knees On Fire And I Didn't Even Know I Had Muscles In That Part Of My Thigh.
[1] To be fair, this is about 5-6 days max. They don't bother to even try forecasting further out than that here.
[2] Really "three-season", if you live anywhere where it gets more than a handful of degrees below freezing.

Did I Punch Myself?
There’s something up with my eye. My left eye is all red and sore. I feel like I got punched in the face. Weird. I don’t remember getting punched in the face. Did I punch myself? Did I punch myself so hard that it was erased from my memory?
No, I am sure that didn’t happen. I just wish whatever was going on would stop. It is annoying.
I’m not talking about that stye I had on my right eye a few weeks ago. That’s still there but it’s about 95% gone. Whatever this is, it’s on the other eye. This one is a lefty.
Maybe I should just nap for a couple of days. That’ll fix me right up.

I mean, I am pretty proud of myself for biking 54km in the past two days. But 45 year old me would like to talk to 25 year old me because I am pretty sure I didn't hurt this much back then. 😂 🚴 🚴 😬 Will be taking a break tomorrow. 😂
