It's a second time around with an ADO electric folding bike and the generational improvements are becoming clear.
Currently selling for £1,999, there's a lot of bike here. First of all, a light carbon frame forms the foundation, while a two-speed Bafang hub motor provides the acceleration and 50Nm of torque support. That's pretty effective on hills of up to 10%.

Once or twice a week I drive for about 15 minutes from the small town where I live to the next small town to catch a train to London. The train station is on the far side of the other town.
As I left my town this morning I passed a ‘Road closed ahead’ sign. No other information was given.
About 400m later, another ‘Road closed ahead’ sign.

Before I had reached the next town, I passed *6* such signs.
There were three more signs in the next town but none of them gave any information as to *where* the road closure was.
According to Apple Maps the closure was another 5 minutes ahead of the rail station.
Maybe the road closure will be moving closer to the next town today (or will be in it somewhere) but this feels like very inefficient communication.

It began raining lightly as I cycled home this afternoon after several dry days and so the air became scented with #Petrichor. As I went through a park, the aroma was augmented by flowers and it was very pleasant to experience – something you’d miss on roads polluted by car fumes.
