Everyone's least favourite billionaire is at it again. This time he wants in on the AI datacenter action with his company SpaceX. Who are planning to send large payloads of computer parts^1, radiators, and solar panels up into orbit in order to feed off the unlimited supply of solar energy above Earth's atmosphere. Further increasing the possibility of the Kessler effect happening within our lifetimes.
Surprising no one, instead of doing anything productive for humanity^2, SpaceX only seeks to further fill shareholders' coffers during the current AI bubble.
^1 Because prices for computer parts aren't high enough already, or something
^2 Musk and his ilk's definition of humanity doesn't include the rest of us. To them we are but worker drones existing only to feed the never ending machine of consumption.
