Pigs do actually fly ... #OpenFX 1.5 was released some days ago 🥳 been waiting 10 years for this update! #Color management, #GPU support, binary data... too bad I stopped caring several years ago... waiting for the first requests to add support in #Natron... will probably not happen for another 10 years 😜

Progress on #OpenFX #Rust plugin: I managed to get the ofx crate example to compile and work after changing a few things to make the crate up to date with more recent Rust code. Next thing on my todo list is to write a new version of the plugin to make sure I actually understand how to write OFX plugins.

This week's interesting challenge: Create a #openfx no-op node in #rust. Let's see how far I can get this week.

Natron 2.5.0 is now available for Windows, macOS and Linux. This is the first release with Python 3 support, existing users should review plugins/addons used before upgrading.

Natron 2.4.4 is now available for Windows, macOS and Linux. This is a patch release, no new features was added. This is probably the last release with (binary) support for Python 2.
