Heute Abend (und übermorgen bestimmt erneut) gibt es mal wieder veganes Soulfood: Koshari (Reis, Linsen, Nudeln mit frisch gemachten Röstzwiebeln und würziger Tomatensauce).

We made a ginormous roasted pumpkin stuffed with ground lamb, kale, and bulgur wheat a few weeks ago - and this is not a post about that. Because I kept the pumpkin guts for Christmas treat-baking... 😇

@SeaFury As an Asian, I've painfully avoided all rice for over a year since the diabetes T2 diagnosis.
That said, yesterday, I swallowed 27g of fiber, Metformin & Januvia on top of my regular GLP-1 & Insulin & Doordashed a bunch of onigiri (mentaiko, salmon, spicy tuna, furikake, etc.) because dammit, I saw some on Japanese TV & it sounded soooo good. #omnomnom

Tein ekaa kertaa ikinä pizza biancoa. En taida jatkossa enää muuta tehdäkään!
Sen biancon tein silein, että tofua murskaksi, purkki chilikaurafraichea, pari valkosipulin kynttä silpuksi, turaus sitruunamehua ja oliiviöljyä, mausteita ja sekottimella sörsseliksi. Sitten kasviksia ja vuustoa päälle.
