We like fusion food in this house.
Today's main meal consisted of a (sourdough-buckwheat) galette (French) topped with ricotta (Italian) and green tomatoes (mostly south of US, afaik?). This delicious mix was served alongside Oi Muchim (Korean cucumber salad, spciy).
