The Oen project, a new building in Rødtvet, Oslo with 133 new apartments has gone up for sale on Finn.

It's an interesting design; they chose a big old loop for the apartment block. And whilst the renders look promising, and the apartments inside look the typical Norwegian (high) standard for new builds, there is something about it that gives me the same feeling that 1970s Manchester brutalist housing estates did.

At another "#AI and education" event yesterday, hosted by the #OEN, folks said they *were* disturbed by the lack of citation of works used for training when I said I sometimes feel like a lone voice on that topic. But they also said it's great for first drafts, speeding up certain basic tasks.
So would be plagiarism of a single work!
Why is plagiarism at scale OK, when just stealing someone else's syllabus or test bank would not be?
