It would be nice if Nvidia could fix the "*ERROR* [nvidia-drm] [GPU ID 0x00000b00] Attempt to wait on invalid sync FD: -24" bug that freezes the Plasma panel.

Convenci finalmente a un amiguete para instalar Mint. No queria pagar la licencia de Windows y se subio al barco de Linux. Pero empezó a tener problemas con Nvidia y a punto estuvo de dejarlo. Finalmente lo consiguió hacer funcionar (dice que incluso mejor que en Windows) desactivando el arranque seguro.
La solucion no es ideal claro y es compleja para un usuario normal. Ambos nos dedicamos profesionalmente al mundo de las maquinitas.
Es una pena porque esto seguro que limita la migracion de muchos usuarios.
Pensaba que quiza Mint pudiera incluir alguna app que permita visualizarbel foro de ayuda directamente desde el sistema. Con certeza que mucha gente no conoce su existencia. -
