I just started learning to #DJ.
I've bought this course on Udemy and I've been watching some YouTube videos on the topic: https://www.udemy.com/course/10steps2dj/?couponCode=MT260727G1

The instructor (and most beginner's YouTube videos) uses #Rekordbox for the majority of the practices.
For the controller, I've bought a Numark Mixtrack Pro FX, which "comes" with Serato DJ Lite, but right from the beginning I felt how #enshitified it was! The Lite is so limited that it makes me remind the term #Crackware, which was used to addict people on the software for them you buy it.

The Numark controller is good, and I could like it and keep it, except from the fact it's very tight to Serato, which was my decision to return it and get a Pioneer DJ FLX4, which brands both Rekordbox and Serato, so it's a more "whitelabel" product.

Anyway, all that to say that @mixxx is saving my beginner's learning experience (and also saved Numark from a bad review).

If you're on the same journey as I, I deeply recommend to get a Pioneer DJ controller to run away from Serato, it doesn't worth it (beginner's opinion).
Or if you go with Numark, get @mixxx, is astonishing better than Serato.
