I am so tired of people in my life assuming that when I forget stuff, I'm doing it on purpose.

What is it about #ADHD that makes taking a shower seem like an insurmountable task?
I mean I know it's a lack of #dopamine, and it's so GD frustrating.

A search engine, or wiki with search engine, to find info about mental health and neurodivergence, but it has an option for whether you want info for your child, or info for adults!

I guess an #introduction is in order. My day job is in the service industry. My passion project is #writing, #poetry and #prose. I typically write about the #bible, #theology, and #Jesus. I'm kind of obsessed with the latter.

I'm fascinated by #ReligiousStudies, and try to believe that good #religion makes us more human.

I also care about #MentalHealth, especially because I am #bipolar am realizing I'm some kind of #nerodivergent.

I'm also a #Dad in the #PNW.
