Just saw the June cover of #QST. Once again it does not represent the amateur community at all. A bunch of old white dudes and maybe one older white woman?

At this point, I really don't think #ARRL is capable of self-reflection. This miss every chance to be a community for everyone, and they keep failing at it.

When I used to listen to #QST in the 1980s, I remember an article about Gravity Gradient Modulation and another about an extremely powerful antenna made from a superconductor. I particularly remember being easily able to figure out the GGM article was bunk due to the references about using antimatter and describing how easy it was to obtain. #AmateurRadio #HamRadio

ARRL Logbook of the World Returns to Service

Effective 12:00pm ET / 16:00 UTC we will be returning Logbook of The World® (LoTW®) to service.

As work progressed on the network, some users encountered LoTW opening briefly during which some 6600 logs were uploaded. The logs were not processed until this weekend as we tested that the interface

Sensorimotor #polyneuropathy may be common in treated autoimmune thyroiditis, but, unlike in other causes of #neuropathy (e. g. #diabetes), it has a unique pattern in quantitative sensory testing (#QST) with low thresholds for mechanical and thermal pain.

I just received an email & proof showing #EA1DJ is an impostor Spanish amateur radio station.

José's friend (also a ham) is handling his amateur radio communications because, unfortunately, José is a silent key. Evidentially, someone is pirating José's call.

I worked the fake in September and sent a #QSL card - which is how I learned of the #fraud. Should you encounter this station, avoid it and, certainly, do not waste postage on sending something out.

I'm listening to this #RATPAC presentation on the #ARRL and I'm finding it all quite discouraging. All I know is this: I can't abide a CEO who thinks providing #blind members only #QST summaries rather than full articles like everyone else constitutes #accessibility diversity and inclusion. I'm still a member, but I think it is long past major organizational cultural change so that everyone feels included rather than left out. #AmateurRadio #HamRadio
