    Research findings on my recent obsession with nduja. Harris Farm sell two varieties. The Salumi Australia one is very spicy, a bit too spicy even for this chilli fiend. The flavour on the Papandrea one is much more front and centre, with a pleasant heat behind it.

    Kann mir jemand eine gute #plantbased #vegan Alternative zu #Nduja empfehlen? Also eine kräftige italienische Chili… tja was… Creme? Paste? Marmelade? mit Öl die sich gut auf's Röstbrot streichen lässt.

    The other day we went out for brunch and I got egg nduja in a toast, so I decided to replicate it at home. I didn’t think this was a good mix but I was surprised with the result!

    CW: Not vegetarian. Not at all.

    Beware food in the supermarket extolling its high vitamin B12 content, its lack of lactose and gluten.

    Because it probably has a shitload of sugar or, in this case, a shitload of saturated fat.

    However, this plus chillis will make a #nduja substitute for my pasta sauce this lunchtime.
